Let’s work together

If you’re interested in working with Dr. Deason, please fill out the form below. There’s a 3-step process to begin scheduling sessions.

Fees for sessions are also listed below, and your initial consultation is free. Presently, I do not accept insurance (see FAQ), but I am able to provide a SuperBill at your request to submit to your insurance provider.

Scheduling & Fees

  • Free Consultation

    15 min. - Free

If you’re interested in potentially working together, this is where you want to start. This is a short, 15 to 20 minute conversation to get an idea if I would be a good fit for you. This is not a therapy appointment, but will hopefully give you an idea if you’d like to begin working with me on a more consistent basis. I generally ask about your reasons for seeking therapy, and am happy to answer any questions about therapy with me that you may have. There is no pressure to book an appointment afterward, and there is no sales pitch — this is to help you make a more informed decision about working together at no cost to you.

  • Intake Appointment

    90 min. - $150

This is your next step after completing the free consultation appointment with Dr. Deason.

This intake appointment is a one-time initial appointment, in which Dr. Deason will complete a clinical interview with you to understand your current mental health symptoms, general life history, collaboratively determine your goals for therapy (or begin this process if you’re unsure), determine the measurable ways to assess the progress on those goals, and lastly to discuss any pressing concerns or issues that need to be addressed immediately.

  • Individual Therapy

    50 min. - $200

Following your intake appointment, you can schedule individual therapy appointments with Dr. Deason.

Therapy, much like physical exercise, is most effective when done regularly. Clients are free to book sessions as regularly or as spaced apart as desired pending scheduling availability.

My schedule is flexible, and can accommodate weekends, evenings, and other times outside of traditional working hours.
